His latest addition is a Sleigh to accompany Rudolph and Santa’s other eight Reindeer. It is a great thing Pete does for the community. Click on an image to view larger. Trial Reports
After at least 8″ of snow between December 7th and December 12th, both the snomobile trail heading north from LOL and the Land O’ Lakes Fish and Game Cross Country Ski Trails were groomed and tracked on Monday. With an overnight low of -21 degrees Tuesday night the trails froze up nicely. Not Ice, just hard packed snow. The snowmobile trail looks to be in good condition and the ski trail is very good in most locations. Where the ski trail passes through areas of dense evergreens, there locations where one needs to lift a ski or ski around some spots that are not completely covered.
